Privacy Policy

ATELIER BY DESIGN REALTY, LLC collects only what we need to answer your enquiry, send your order and — if you ask us to — tell you about new pieces.

What we store

When you place an order we store your name, delivery and billing address, email address and order history. When you use the contact form we store your name, email address and message. When you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not send marketing email to anyone who has not asked for it.

Payments

Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. They never reach our servers and we cannot see them.

Your rights

Write to info@atelierbydesignrealty.xyz and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — usually within two working days.

Cookies

We use the minimum needed to keep your basket and your session working. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
