Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases made from ATELIER BY DESIGN REALTY, LLC.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Because runs are limited to forty garments, we may need to cancel and refund an order if a piece sells through between your checkout and our confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable duties for US deliveries. International orders may attract import charges levied by your own customs authority.

Faulty goods

If a garment arrives faulty or develops a fault through normal wear, we will repair or replace it. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
