Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm ET are packed the same working day. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150.

• United States — 2–4 working days
• Canada & Europe — 5–9 working days
• Rest of world — 7–12 working days

All deliveries are carbon-neutral and fully tracked.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Email us and we will send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued within three working days of the parcel reaching the studio. Sale pieces can be returned for credit or exchange.

Alterations

For the lifetime of the garment, for the original owner, we will adjust the hem, waist or sleeve length at no charge. You cover shipping to us; we cover the return.
